What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Both applicants must meet the criteria. If one applicant is deficient then the one applicant meet the criteria by themselves.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Security deposits can be totally refundable post move out and inspection of unit for damages. If damages are found, then the security deposit monies will be used for repairs.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, with a 60 day notice and a Lease Buy-Out.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?
Guests are permitted to visit for 7 days.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
